Corky's Travels & Josie on Shadowridge Drive Awarded Silver Medals!

FAPA (Florida Authors and Publishers Association) President’s Book Award Medalist Author and retired middle school teacher, Deborah Burggraaf, has received two medals on her recently, released books, JOSIE ON SHADOWRIDGE DRIVE and CORKY’S TRAVELS at the FAPA (Florida Authors and Publishers Awards) President’s Books Awards ceremony at the Hilton Palace Disney Springs Resort in Orlando, Florida on August 3, 2019.

JOSIE ON SHADOWRIDGE DRIVE received the Silver Medal for Best Cover-Juvenile, and CORKY’S TRAVELS was also recognized with a Silver Medal for Best Cover-Juvenile category.

Matthew Lumsden is the Illustrator and Graphic Artist for both of these children’s books. Mr. Lumsden has also previously been recognized with Deborah Burggraaf for two, Award-winning books: The Noodle Club and The Lovebug Connection, which have both been well received by Parents and Educators.
